A customer may return a product within thirty (30) days from the shipping date, less a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee, provided that such product is in its original packaging, seal intact. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for all applicable customs, duties, and additional international shipping charges for orders shipped to international addresses (outside of the United States). Customer is responsible for return shipping charges if an order is refused at time of delivery.
If a product, upon delivery, is defective, Bordenz Enterprises (owner-operator of ThePureBed.com) will, at its option, either (i) replace the defective product with a new product; or (ii) issue a credit to the Customer in the amount of the purchase price of such defective product. If replaced, the defective product will be replaced with an identical product. The product may need to be returned (as determined in Bordenz Enterprises sole and absolute discretion) for a credit to be issued or reshipment to be performed.
If an incorrect product is sent to the Customer, and such error is due to an error on the part of Bordenz Enterprises (as determined in Bordenz Enterprises sole and absolute discretion), then Bordenz Enterprises will correct the error at its sole cost and expense. The Customer shall return any incorrectly shipped product to Bordenz Enterprises. Due to health and safety concerns, Bordenz Enterprises is unable to accept any return of opened novelty items. There are NO exceptions.
Any item that is returned after thirty (30) days of the purchase date will not be subject for credit or return.
Completed orders are typically processed and shipped with one business day of receipt.
Packages are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail whenever possible. Packages are typically USPS or plain boxes with no outer symbols, language, or graphics indicating contents.

We ship domestically throughout the United States. We also ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, the United Kingdom, Denmark, New Zealand, and Australia. Non-U.S. shipping destinations are subject to customs' processing. Thus, receipt of orders may be delayed. We have no ability to determine where a package is during this process.
